In a short 10-15 minute interview (depending on your health condition) your basic health profile will be assessed and accurate history about your condition will be taken. Strict measures are taken to ensure your privacy, confidentiality and security of this interview. Your Munshi will guide you to share your documents and health recordings including any necessary e-mails, PDFs, lab reports, OPD cards and other information, as required. That's it from your end. 

The Munshi will take 2-7 business days to synthesize your healthcare records. The time taken varies depending on your needs and profile. All the information is processed as per the latest standard of evidence-based medicine and your health brief is prepared and shared. Custom-services are offered to allow you to securely store this information through our partner platforms as per your choosing. In this step, you are also facilitated with your ABHA ID creation process for ABDM integration.

Users with Medical Munshi subscription plans, can stay in touch with their Munshi for updating any health records whenever any consultation or laboratory investigation is undertaken by them. This helps you to always keep your records updated and ensure those critical pieces of information are never left out! You can use the records, as suitable to you. 

You can utilize your Health Briefs in every out patient and in patient care visit. They can also be used to obtain second opinions. Medical Munshi will never share your health records to a third party without your authorization. You are the owners of your health records, and strict measures are taken to ensure complete privacy, confidentiality and security.
